Global Indian International School Abu Dhabi was designed as a contemporary K–12 campus that combines academic, sports and performing arts facilities within a unified educational environment. The campus supports a modern curriculum while providing spaces that encourage collaboration, creativity and student wellbeing.

Design Response
The design sought to create a campus where academic excellence is supported by flexible learning environments and a strong sense of community. Rather than functioning as a collection of individual buildings, the campus is conceived as an interconnected educational environment where indoor and outdoor spaces contribute equally to student life. Academic facilities are organised around clear circulation routes that simplify movement across the campus while encouraging interaction between different age groups. Specialist teaching spaces, sports facilities and performing arts venues are integrated within the overall composition, allowing the campus to support a wide range of educational and extracurricular activities.
Learning Environment
The campus is designed to accommodate contemporary teaching methods alongside social, cultural and sporting activities. Flexible educational spaces, specialist facilities and landscaped outdoor environments work together to create an engaging setting for students throughout their educational journey. The completed campus reflects Dewan's experience in designing international schools that combine educational planning with a coherent architectural identity. It provides a comprehensive learning environment that supports both academic achievement and the wider development of student life.
